Built to fill a void between coaching and clinical care.
Mind Tether was created to fill a void in available resources: performance-focused coaching often doesn't address anxiety-driven psychological patterns, while traditional mental health treatment is rarely built for people who are functioning at a high level.
Most existing resources fall into one of two categories, executive coaching or traditional therapy. The Mind Tether Method was developed to integrate the strengths of both within a single, coherent framework.
The Mind Tether Method is grounded in evidence-based psychological research and theory. The work is applied thoughtfully based on what each individual actually needs, rather than forcing people into a predefined model.

A note on our name
The name Mind Tether was inspired by an 8th-century poem from India that describes the mind as powerful, fast-moving, and difficult to control.
In the poem, the mind is compared to an elephant capable of great strength and stamina, but prone to causing damage if left untended. The solution is not force or suppression, but skillful guidance using a tether.
Mind Tether reflects this idea in contemporary terms. Our approach works with your existing strengths, helping you guide a powerful mind in a way that supports rather than undermines your performance, presence, and leadership.
